I didn’t know I had any talent. I believe talent is just a pursued interest. Anybody can do what I do. We’re not trying to teach you a thing to copy. As long as I can remember I wanted to be a teacher. I have always had a passion for learning and growing academically and this has proven to be a driving force in my life. I have worked in education for the past 24 years, as a private preschool teacher, volunteer “Classroom Room Mom” who provided academic support in my children’s private school classrooms, and as a substitute teacher while my own children were young.
In recent years I have noticed that many children need more learning support than they are able to get in the classroom. For this reason, I opened Smart Start Academics.
